Tips and outings

Maastricht

You can walk straight into the city from the house. The Burgundian, historic center of Maastricht guarantees culture and conviviality. There are several interesting museums, including the Bonnefanten Museum. Famous churches are the nearby churches of Sint Jan and Sint Servaas on the Vrijthof. And if you have had enough of the city with its beautiful squares, small alleys, beautiful shops, intimate cinemas and theaters, you can relax in one of the many excellent restaurants.

Walking and cycling

From the house you also follow the Jeker River, which takes you directly into the Limburg landscape. There is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beautiful nature around Maastricht. There are many walking and cycling paths. If you want to follow the Pieterpad, you can start from here, or walk to Chateau Neercanne, just a stone's throw away. The hilly country is nearby for the sporty cyclist and mountain biker, but if you want to take it a bit easier when it comes to cycling: there is a cycle path along the Maas and the Jeker without too many height differences.

The golf

This area is also ideal for golfers. There are two golf courses nearby.
