Prices

The prices below are per night per room (2 persons) including extensive breakfast. Room Lotte is slightly larger than room Tom and in addition to a shower it also has a bath.

The tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night is not included. A stay is only possible for a minimum of two nights. (Exceptionally it is possible to book for one night at an additional cost.) For a stay of more than 3 nights we can make you a special offer. Different prices may apply during holidays and special events such as Tefaf, Preuvenement and André Rieu's Vrijthof concerts.

Accessibility

If you come with your own car, there is limited free parking, please ask about this when booking. Otherwise you can park in front of the door for 6 euros per day. From the station it is a half-hour walk or 10 minutes by bus to our B&B, the bus stop is in front of the door.

Book a room

We require a 50% deposit upon reservation, the remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival. Free cancellation is possible up to four weeks in advance.

House rules

Rules sound unpleasant, but we hope for your understanding that Annelies'Place is our home. We have decorated it with a lot of love and attention and hope that our guests will also treat our house with care. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets here and the house is completely non-smoking inside. Outside in the garden you can always find a corner to light a cigarette. The rooms are on the second floor and are unfortunately not suitable for people who cannot climb stairs.
