We can only agree with what has already been said below. If you are looking for a B&B where warmth, coziness, comfort and hospitality are of paramount importance, then Annelies is the place to B&B. We had a really fantastic time and we will definitely be back. Ruud and Sandra.

Wonderful base for culinary and cultural Maastricht and for beautiful cycling trips. Spacious, bright and well-kept room. Nice garden. Cordial and personal. Annelies knows how to create an atmosphere that automatically makes you have special conversations with her and fellow guests.

September 11, 2014: We were received with lots of warmth and love in Annelies' fantastically beautiful and attractive home. We were pampered by Annelies (breakfast was delicious) and it felt like you were at home (you could use the garden, etc.). Furthermore, a very attractively decorated bedroom. September 1, 2014The stay was above expectations. We could already see from the photos that it was beautiful, but we did not know how warmly we were received. The atmosphere in the house is very nice. You immediately feel at ease. Annelies and her friend take the time to provide good tips & information. They are interested, helpful and hospitable. The breakfast is delicious in a beautiful kitchen with apple syrup from the farmer and honey from the beekeeper, her brother, etc. Thank you for the wonderful stay and good luck with “The place to B&B”. 30-08-2014We slept two nights at Annelies. It is a beautiful house with two great rooms upstairs! We slept in the smaller room with a great view of the beautiful large garden. Bed and room were fine! Quiet area. 15 minutes walk to the center. Annelies and her friend are very nice, hospitable people. The breakfast was great and very enjoyable! Thank you! Caroline

What a wonderful place to be on holiday in the Netherlands. The location of the B&B is perfect. Maastricht is a fantastic city, and nature is around the corner, the welcome here was overwhelming, beautiful, cozy, tasteful, loving, everything in perfect order. We will definitely come back here, and can recommend everyone recommend taking a few days for this, Eline

26-10-2014What an excellent "Place to Be". From the first moment we felt welcome in this house. The room (Lotte) was very nice, the bath comfortable and the bed fine. The breakfast was delicious in every way, fresh fruit, delicious pastries, homemade jams and other delicacies. And the hostess was always ready with tips and ideas for our stay in Maastricht. 14-02-2015Warm welcome, great sleep and delicious breakfast! All this in a beautiful and very stylishly decorated house! Annelies is a warm hostess and also very attentive! After our stay, Annelies discovered that my friend had forgotten her slippers in the room. She found our car parked some distance away and strapped the slippers to the windshield wipers in a bag! What a relief, my girlfriend was over the moon! A plus is the beautiful garden, but if you come in the winter you will unfortunately not be able to eat outside, we need to come back in the summer. Delicious breakfast. Cozy bedroom with very good beds. Spacious bathroom. Everything was neat and clean. Beautiful garden where you hear no traffic but birds, although it is very close to the center of Maastricht. We were able to use a bicycle and were able to view the surroundings that way.
